Storage

Polymer clay begins to harden once it reaches 90'F (32°C), its important to store it indoors in a cool (but not cold) place. Don? leave it in your car on a sunny day or in direct sunlight near a window. Also, don't store it in a cold garage as it will stiffen up and be harder to work with. Although the clay does not air-dry, it's good to store it in plastic bags to keep it clean from dust, pet hair and similar contaminates. Be aware also that some plastic containers are not suitable for raw, uncured clay. Over time, the clay will actually begin to melt into the plastic-making it sticky and unusable. Always test plastic containers before placing unbaked clay in them.
